The indigenous Chamorro have a long history of oppression and, more recently, disorientation with the influx of US culture. The majority are nominally Catholic and historically resistant to the gospel. Chamorro worldview is also rooted in animistic traditions. Pray for the emergence of a true Chamorro Christian witness and culture.
For an additional 5 Challenges for Prayer see Operation World book, CD-ROM, or DVD-ROM.
The Operation World book, CD-ROM, and DVD-ROM provide far more information and fuel for prayer for the people of Guam.
